Collectors Club
The PSCC annual meeting was held at the APS Summer Expo in Hartford, CT.
The bourse was held from August 14 – 18, though many PSCC members arrived early to get together with friends and do some trading.
The Club meeting was held at 11am Friday morning with reports from officers regarding the state of the club. Certainly the past year has been eventful with the PSCC becoming an affiliate of the APS and attaining our tax exempt status.
As an added benefit of membership, approval was given to expand the size of the quarterly publication.
A special Thank You was given to Stewart Gardiner, the author / compiler of the "A General Illustrated Catalogue of Exhibition and Event Poster Stamps." Stewart has donated to the PSCC 100% of the sales of the catalogue made through the club.
Club News
Among the well illustrated articles in the Summer 2008 issue of the Club’s publication was one about Poster Stamps and part 3 of Hartford, Connecticut related poster stamps.
